Is the a credit card that gives rebates or rewards for spending on college tuition/costs?

Sure. I used a Chase MasterCard to pay for my tuition, books, and parking costs at USC. Got 1% back, just like on everything else. I don't know of a card that specifically gives you higher rewards for education costs.

I'm sure any reward card will give you points for using it for anything including tuition. The only thing they won't give points for is cash advances.
