IF you WERE?

Question

a lawbreaker, (i dont mean anything serious....just like smokin a little la from time to time , or drivin without a valid license and stuff)....... and your mum sold weed and all your family and most of your friends were lawbreakers too.... would you date a police officer?

please give your reasons

You have to do what is right for you and your family however as an officer myself I would say that there are more important things in your life than a job such as love and finding someone you can talk to for hours without pretence and friendship . . . as long as you were considerate enough to be discreet so as not to get me into trouble or worse

FYI the majority of my family have been in and out of jail at one stage or another, and do things that they aren't supposed too and I love them with all my heart I would never shop them in for work

Respect the law even if you think a certain law is unjust but respect people more!

Date a man or a woman not a Police Officer, under the uniform is a real person with feelings, a soul and a heart!

I suppose that depends on the background of the cop and how she/he views drugs and such stuff, but I would be VERY careful if you barely know the cop. Oh and the question was would I, uh, maybe depends, there are people in my family that do drugs and drive without a valid drivers license as well,lol, (didnt realize that till now) but MAYBE,really really really depends on the cop.

I would not date a police officer under any circumstances. With the way they conduct themselves, I don't have any respect for them or their profession. I am a law abiding citizen, but the few times I've encountered police officers, I found them to be arrogant bullies. Their motto "to protect and to serve" is a joke. It should read "to harrass".

unless the cop is a dirty cop, don't do it. you're just asking for trouble. he/she may be able to overlook the smokin a little from time to time but all of the other "lawbreaking" wouldn't be so easy.
do you really want your family/friends to end up in jail because you were dating a cop?

I am terrified of the Police, even though I've done nothing (very) wrong. I have the same issues with vicars and other highly religious people, but in a strange way that is quite erotic.

No. They would shop you and your family don't you worry about that.

And I have dated one before and he was a jobs worth that could do no wrong and was a general pain in the ***. But you can't tar 'em all with the same brush.
