spyquake put spyware on my pc and I can't get rid of it and they refuse to respond to my requests. A small pop up which states that my pc is infected with a critical problem, pop up in the lower right side of my screen every few minutes. I was able to remove the other parts of the adware through Search and Destroy and Adaware from Lavasoft - but this one remaining pop up remains. Pop up blocker does not prevent this small screen from appearing. Please help.

they make a neat free antispyware program called counterspy.. it fixed a number of problems I was having that adaware missed.. it's worth a download. just search google for counterspy antispyware.

Go into 'safe mode' and run your AV software. Before you do, turn off your 'system restore'. You can go to your operating system's website to find out how to do those things. It will get rid of your spyware. Or you can download 'spybot' for free and see if that gets rid of it.

I have had it twice run yahoo anti spy run AVG download spyquake then remove it from programmes then reboot pc then change home page to yahoo
