I think behaviour breeds behaviour, and that the first impressions last. You say that she is always with another guy, but what have you done in order to let her know that you are intrested in her, you should make lots of eye contact, smile at her let her become aware that you like her, and if you get the chance to be alone with her dont come across as too desperate, instead humour her, make her laugh, if you can do that you have passed the first hurdle.

b ur self and like tell what u feel from the heart. any lies at this stage will come to haunt u later when ur relationship gets steady. be confident but not over confident and believe in lending an ear to her always no matter even if the topic is that her grocery guy ran away with her servent or something. Make her feel that she is a real special gal like she is someone whos like beyond words

How old are you - are you not really looking for a mother figure?
Do you have a nice mother figure in your life - or an older boy - that is sort of a role model for you - and you can talk to about your feelings. Guys are the best to talk to (at least nice guys) in such situations.
A good cry may help too.

the very best trick is BE YOUSELF. girls hate guys who try to make such impressions because your natural characteristic will always show off whether you like it or not. try to be a gentleman and you'll benefit also but don't be too gentle because it's boring. try to greet the girl whenever you see each other but don't act like her stalker.

- Send her a gift on her b-day (if you know when that is)
- Make a home card for her
- Cook a meal for her
- Buy her a puppy
- Buy her a new cell phone
Just tell her you like her that will impress her.
