well i got my wife a charm bracelet on our wedding day now every year i add a charm to it as an annivesary pressie as well as making the day about her, try and get something that shows her how u feel, only u no what she likes, it a bit pointless me telling u to get her the new snoop dog cd, lol

You might wanna check online for an italian ceramic mosaic dish of some type. They make some bigger sized ones (think as big as a large pizza) that are just lovely and look really nice to display or use. If she likes pretties, but hates super girly stuff, she might really like it. You could always just take her to an Italian Restaurant and give her a teddy, but it depends on what she likes. I love things from my guy that take thought and reflect my interests.
I googled it and found this. I dunno your price range, but here's a link to some pretty Italian ceramics. You might be able to find something much cheaper on Ebay or something.

Take her to the Olive Garden for dinner or cook her an italian dinner with candlelight at home. Have italian music playing in italian! Buy her a nice card and to top it off buy her a boquet of her favorite flowers! I love the Olive Garden and my husband loves to take me there!

Suggestion- If you have any home videos/DVDs (especially with children or pets or your wedding day) take bits and pieces of them all and put the clips on one "Anniversary video" then put songs on the video/DVD. The length of the video/DVD should be long enough for 2 songs. Great way to impress the inlaws!

I say jewelry. I don't know any woman who doesn't like some kind of jewelry. Make sure it's something she'll like, but you've put thought into. That makes it more special.
