dint ur mom tell u not to talk to strangers. Anyways the forbidden fruit is always tempting. You can search on google for all the chat sites but my personal experience says yahoo chat is the best.

There is a web site that is new to me you can design your own page and invite ppl to talk i believe that it is called Tag. Its kinda like Myspace.
