that's a curious thought - let's think some more about it???? Well, maybe somebody out there equates length of time in restrooms to mean cleaner hands - i.e., the person was in there actually washing their hands...

well i do not know why they would be considered outstanding servers....unless they are freshening theirself up... otherwise makes no sense to me...
