It can be. maybe she should try going before you guys start. suggest it to her. also, if she has never had an orgasm, she could be mistaking the feeling for starting to have one. for me as an orgasm starts it can sometimes feel like having to pee. and if I really do have to pee, its very hard to have an orgasm.

It could finally mean that you are hitting the right spot and you need to tell her to let it out. Women have paraurethral glands which produce an alkaline fluid. In other words female ejaculation. Most women are afraid to let it out because they think its urine. If she has a lot of fluid it will make a big mess so be prepared to deal with the clean up.

Have her make sure she goes to the washroom before sex. If that doesn't work, have her see a doctor.
