If they are restricted at your work place then there is a reason and if you do access them you could loose your job fast. Do your porn watching at home.

Use a remote control program like LogMeIn to access your home computer from work. You work computer will only register that you are at the logmein website while you remote control your home computer to go anywhere you want! LogMeIn has a free version.

Ask your boss if these sites can be added to the "non-restricted" list.

I wouldn't. The server administrator can see everywhere you go even if you changed the configuration of your workstation.
For instance, if you changed the time on your computer, the server will still have the right time on it.
Don't do it.
