any good computer colleges/uni's in ireland? or even better to start in the states and transfer to ireland?

I really wanna go back to the states but because I have an irish passport my parents think i should go there so are there any good ones?

the great thing about it is if you choose ireland you won't spend the rest of your life paying for your education from what i know thats not the case in the US, i studied multimedia at WIT (waterford institute of technology) and though it was great
