Ava Gardner...she was a more natural beauty...Marilyn was a bleached blonde who went to great legnths to change who she was and how she looked...she was beautiful to, but Ava was a true beauty without changing herself.

Ava. Much more of the "natural" beauty. Marilyn always looked like she had to get "dolled up" where Ava looked like she would roll out of bed stunning

Even though I'm female, I prefer women with darker hair... This sounds like I'm gay, but I'm not. And I don't have any prejudices about blonds, therefore Ava Gardner was prettier to me.

i'd say they both are beautiful. marilyn monroe had that sexy yet beautiful attactiveness. ava has something like beautiful but not too sexy. but i think it is marilyn monroe.

Ava Gardner. She was gorgeous while being herself. Simple hair, simple eyes, simple body (ok ok... hot body!)... she was simple, and yet very attractive.
Marilyn had to be someone else to be attractive.
