you cant unless you hack your friend with bunch of key loggers and trojans

rolling on floor laughing...

seriously..on offical public browsers like google yahoo and altavista,you cant check that because its private information that is not allowed to anyone

install any personal firewall. you will be able to watch each and every outgoin/incomming connection via your pc.
