The other parts of the body that you mention smell because bacteria is eating the sweat or organic matter on that part and then excreting a smelly substance basically a process of rotting and decay.
In a healthy person, eyes are constantly cleaned by tears which are sterile because of their salt content. This prevents bacteria from thriving in the eye. Healthy eyes do not smell bad, therefore. However if the eye is infected, bacteria may grow and excrete causing a smell but usually also a discharge and unhealthy appearance.

Hmm, interesting thought. Well firstly your feet stinks as there is the build up of sweat allowing growth of microbes and causing the stink. Firstly, your eye shouldn't normally smell much since the fluid washing and keeping your eyes clean(your tears) is constantly being replaced thus little or no microbes can thrive on your eye very well. Also tears is basically a salt solution so even if there is a smell it would be quite faint i guess. But i wouldn't advise really trying to smell the eye though.

Eyes no not smell!
The only time they might produce an odour is during a period of infection, and then that is not actually the eye that smells but the bacterial source of the infection.

Everything has some sort of smell... even metal and plastic.
So I guess eyeballs must also have some sort of smell.
Not necessarily a stinky smell, though.
