you are not likely to get rich in either unless you have an architect degree to go along with it. you need a degree of some sort anyway, most start by selling furniture or having a job where they meet a lot of people. build a portfolio of things you have done, like store displays your house. also have new ideas about what you can do. soecialize in certain areas. network. good luck.
