Joints tend to deteriorate in people over fifty; especially, if you are overweight or inactive. That would make a world of difference. Arthritis is basically the aging process of our bones; the little pad that normally keeps the bones separated starts to flatten or wear out completely (synovial sac) and then the bones are grinding bone on bone. It causes inflammation of the area and pain.

Your diet, activity level, heredity, and weight will all affect what level of arthritis you will have at a given age. Although this is painful, the best remedy for arthritis is exercise. I know it sounds strange, but the more you exercise the better it will get. Taking anti-inflammatories like aspirin (with food) will reduce the inflammation and pain.

A good extra warm soaking/bath will do wonders for arthritis, say of the back or knees. Losing weight also helps.

Hope this helps and God bless.

To treat the disease yes there are now real cures, however if the person is treated the disease can be modiified. About 20 years ago I had Rheumatoid Arthritis in the left knee. At the time I was learning some herbal Medicine which can help a little or a lot perhaps. I was led to a homoeopath who removed the problem. I have not had a relapse in 20 years , nor have i had to take drugs - Pharma medicine The trick is to find the person that will help you = help your body mend itself. There are many people who will sell you ( remedies which only remove symptoms) Wish you a good get well

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.

If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.

Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.

And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.

I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.

It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.

Today, I want to do the same for you!

arthritis is hereditary, its the slow disintegration of the cartilage in the joints which then attacks the bones. there is no cure. everyone in my family has it to some degree. my mom was very bad, my brother hardly notices it. depends on the person. doctors are still trying to find out why
