depends on what your employer is willing to pay you. MSCE certs are valuable to you as an engineer. Salaries can range from $90----150,0000 depending on where you live and whom you work for.

really varies with your other experience and the area you're working. in general I've seen that MCSE certification can be helpful, but you have to have other experience too, as employers tend to be skeptical of someone with an MCSE cert but no experience.
in my experience, the MCSE cert can help you to get your foot in the door for an interview, but you need to bring other skills to the table to get the position, and the salary you get depends a lot more on your experience.

It varies widely from state to state, and with your experience in the field, most new MCSEs have no hands on experience and they would start in the entry level position, anywhere from 40-60K
