capilary electrophorez and GC/ms - spectrophotometer -ion/pH/mV meter was used for potentiometric measurements - polarographic analyzer - microwave plasma-assisted chemical vapor deposition system-thermostatic water bath was used for temperature controlling. and a lot of apparatus that was used.
