Is there a payment service better than paypal?

I thought I found a couple but they all say that until futher notice you cna't send or recieved money with them. Payko.com looked really good. What happened to all these good services like bidpay.com? There must be a paypal (before ebay bought it) like it use to be somewhere.

www.wallet365.com is much better than Paypal.
