well, in your question where you say "Pl check if the grammer perfect?" should have been "Please check if the grammar is perfect."

1. He told me that he still had no time to check it.
2. I am expecting to receive it.
3. He has yet to come.
4. We may have received it late.

"Please." "Grammar." Please? Let me guess: Please check if the grammar is perfect?

So, only if the grammar is perfect I should check it, right?

Well, the grammar is not perfect, so you don't want me to check it. So, I will not check it.

Ah! Please check to see if the grammar is perfect! Now I get it!

Oh, well. You made me work too hard to figure out what you wanted. Ask your teacher. S/he gets paid to help you.
