www.newpages.com lists dozens (hundreds?) of literary magazines, with direct links to the magazine site. They also have reviews of magazines. Many, though certainly not all, of the magazines post all or some of their content on line. You might also try webdelsol.com, although I find they are more pushy toward subscribing to the magazines.
