I am virgo...and we can get along well....see below:)

Earth: Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn
Fire: Aries, Leo, Sagittarius
Water: Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces

My birthdate is 21st September..... ! i am a virgo too ! love my sign though. its the most practical and the reason why i like it is that all the other signs are represented by animals or half humans but virgo is represented by a girl , full human...... so it represents girl power.
