My husband is in the service ans we're really young, and so our our friends and acquaintances. I notice a lot of my husbands friends marry Asian girls. My husband is Asian and i'm Hispanic, but we're American and we speak English while fluent in our native language. But I've noticed these girls are met on a short tours to some foreign country and the English is very broken and the language barier is extensive. Now I understand thse women wanting an American life but what exactly is the motivation for the men and young guys to "fix" these women and marry them. An Asian friend told me that the wives are obedient and that is the motivation for the men. I'm all for interracial marriages i'm a product of one as well. I just don't understant how a connection can be made with such a communication barrier. I would like some insight in understanding this.

Some marry for convenience (e,g, "some" asians are obedient -- other are that way until they become American citizen and then leave the men).
Some actually marry for love (or grow to love). People always find a way to communicate.

The motive is both sexual and to break the lonliness barrier. The military can be a very lonely place and when a man is young he is seeking companionship to break that lonliness. Also, young men are quite sexually active and these women are easily persuaded. These relationships are self-centered on both sides and they most often end in divorce. The women's desire is to get out of the far east to America where they can live a more liberal lifestyle. Both the man and the woman marry for the wrong reasons---selfishness. Most of these marriages are not Godly unions, which is why they are destined to fail. The racial differences of the couple make no difference: it is the motive that God frowns upon.

Women have gotten selfish,lazy and disrepectful towards men.
American women are only being self serving to find a man who could provide a secure lifestyle for them .
Asian women are brought up to RESPECT a man besides loving him.There is no back talk ,put downs and berating of men in asia.
Men also respect their women and provide a nice life for them.
The asians also respect and admire their elderly.

Most of what we communicate is nonverbal however, I met a man in chat who has a wife who spoke German only when he met her. They are still married but he learned German and she learned some english. These barriers can be crossed. I think it takes alot of Trust to have a relationship like that.

a wedding ceremony contracts exhibits that you do not have any faith in the marriage from the starting up. i don't think of maximum folk would prefer to marry someone who's thinking the marriage going incorrect in the previous the vows are even study. i imagine this theory is offensive.

Are you American or are you Hispanic, This is first thing you have to stop its racist. You are American so is your Husband.
Secondly They probably marry them because they love them and maybe no American was good enough (or stupid enough what ever). stop looking for questions where maybe none apply.
