anal fissure may b simple for which u need anusol or for drastic ones better go 2 a doctor

tinactin (tolnaftate) is an anti-fungal ointment which may come as a cream, powder, spray, or liquid aerosol, is not really a cure for anal fissures.

Lord's dilatation - under anesthesia - a bit like having someone shove a fist up your @rse!

Alternatively, try antibiotic cream like bacitracin and/or gentamycin for a less painful approach.

are you sure its a fissure..it mite even be piles ..anywaz try out the local medical store thelll offer some cream with a long nozzle..it really works.. try it out !!
