Family for sure, life passes so quickly you should enjoy it with the people you love, one day you will be old and remember the old days and say: where was I when my son walked? where was I when it was my father's last hours? where was I when my children grew up? you work to make you and your family live better , but believe me your family lives better when they are with you!!!

It is hard to balance both of these things, but when it comes down to it, you'll always have your family and your career can change or come and go. Family has to come first. Loving relationships are what life's all about.
