South African team has to play some entertainingly good football
Good food, accommodation, and traffic
Enough security guards
then people will come watch in the stadium

In all honesty absolutely nothing although I am not much of a football fan.
To be frank SA is a long way ... with the current ticket fiasco I am not sure that it will be as attractive to travelling fans as the bulk of them are European.
