Eat less...exercise more....consume less calories than you burn...you will lose weight.

there are three ways to control or lose weight, 1st is exercise, by exercising regularly you can help your body keep in shape and burn extra calories, 2nd: watch what you eat - your diet, sweets/pastries are like smokes, they are addictive at a certain level because you can't control yourself, thus you have to have a strong will to lose/control your weight and not give in to cravings, 3rd: SLEEP(not enough causes weight gain mainly at waist level), you must sleep well in order to let your body recuperate from stress and such, the stress causing hormone cortisol also can make you feel hungry when you're not, thus sleep helps you maintain balanced hormone levels>>>the solution to permanent weight loss!!!

I think to basically lay off the sweets and starches and eats lots of fruits and vegetables. I have been skinny for over 30 years and never worry about weight gain. I never exercise oh yea lots of water no fruit juice or sodas

Green tea is good for weight loss (add sugar and maybe a mint candy if the taste is gross). Also try apple cider vinegar capsules.

eat grilled, broiled or baked foods such as chicken breast, lean beef and pork even fish. make sure you eat your veg. drink lots of water. don't eat fast or fried foods. stay away fr. sugar. then u need to excersie. do some kind of cadio, walk or jog. if possible go to the gym
