I have heard that it you stamp on it you dont kill the eggs, and they just get trampled into your carpet and your shoes. What is the best way to kill them!

Absolutely not. People believed that the eggs could be carried on shoes and eventually hatch somewhere else. If a cockroach dies then so does the eggs because they cannot survive in a dead body or outside of it. To kill them is a matter of personal preference, squash them, spray them or put poison down

This is what I heard:
Because the roach carries eggs inside and squashing it will disperse those eggs over a large area, so instead of one roach you have three million.
So: Use a professional bug-exterminator, they will know what to do

Honestly,we dont have roaches but....why would you(or anyone) want to even stomp on a roach? That's gross. How about just picking them up with a kleenex or napkin and throwing them outside?
I have a pal who likes to toss them in the garbage disposal..LOL!!

Yes, that's true. Get some roach spray. That will kill them within a minute.

Boric acid. Also i heard baking soda with some sweet thing to lure them. The baking soda gets in their belly and makes them explode , i guess..

LOL -- never heard this -- i've always felt a good roach is a dead one... but then i have hardwood floors.

I capture them with a paper cup, slip a piece of stiff paper underneath and then flush him... victory at sea.
