In any sexual relationship, whether marriage or no there is risk of not just pregnancy but STD (sexually transmitted diseases).

Before unprotected sex, both partners should have themselves tested and cleared of any STD, including AIDS. Both partners MUST remain monogamous.

As far as birth control, discuss this with you GYN doctor. Decide together which method would be the best for you.

Condom is a contraceptive if you wish to avoid pregnancy. It will reduce pleasure too.
I can suggest to you an ayurvedic simple folk remedy for contraception.
From day 1 to 10 of menstrual cycle, mix 1/2 tsp (2 grams) turmeric powder and 1 tsp honey, first thing in the morning and lick. let disslove on tounge and slowly enter the throat.
This is herbal contraceptive, followed by tribals in India.

Since you will share everything, including diseases, with your wife, a condom only acts as a contraceptive. If you don't want a baby, and your wife is not on birth control, you will need a condom.

if u dont want babies dont have sex sex is not safe... sperm van go through a condom like a foot ball goes through a foot ball goal
