Mine failed when the power source died. suddenly I could turn it on. I thought it was a virus because it won't respond. I bought a new power source and installed it all by myself ( it would be 100$ to have a store just look at it, take it away some where and than once it finally was fixed the bill would be what ever they decide it should be)
Ask more I just finished a computer app class.
