ragging to a certain extent is Ok but once it crosses a limit then the student must complain to the teachers or may be the principlal of the school so that this doesnt happen to anyone else

Go indulge in ragging now... after all you enjoy inflicting mental anguish on people who simply wants to pursue education. You uphold the fine tradition of torture; is this your core culture?
