Can anyone tell me if this is a premium rate telephone number before i phome it?

As everyone says and I agree ..if its a private number....I don't think you will be popular with whoever has that number....

No its not. It is a normal telephone line in Southend-on-Sea, probably a small business or household.
Most premium rate numbers begin with 07 or 08.

No it's not a premium number. It's a local area code.
You really shouldn't have posted the entire number on the internet though! That was out of order!!!

This was the code for a phone number given by Say No to 0845 to a customer requesting a freefone number for Tesco as she didn t want to call a 0845 number. It s obviously Tesco s local number in Southend on Sea.

No this is a normal UK land line phone number, calls will be charged at national rate. However I wouldn't post phone numbers on the internet, you never know who's gonna phone it and pester the person on the other end.
