This might seem counterintuitive, but to keep your skin from getting oily you should put on a moisturizer after you wash your face in the morning. I like alpha-hydroxy acid face cream, but any oil-free facial moisturizer is fine. I say oil-free just so your pores won't get clogged.
Your face produces oil because it senses that the skin on the face is dry, so if your face is moist from a beauty product it won't feel a need to produce the oil.

Try checking if the products that you are currently using now suitable for your complaxion, you may try using mattifier to tone down the oiliness. If you have make up on throughout the day for work, you may wish to use a matte foundation and press powder to reduce the shine.
