i use shampoo for my hair not my body.there more or less the same things.jus diff to make more money.gel looks more cooler and sets hair nicely,shampoo makes it smell great and stay healthy.both have their plus points and negatives.

no way. dont do it. unless you absolutley have to. use shampoo and conditioner, not body wash. that doesnt get your hair cleaned properly, you dont want smelly greasy hair do you? thats gross.
