"Hey, I'm the Customer: Front Line Tips for Providing Superior Customer Service" by Ron Willingham (ISBN 013388158X)

Most of customer service is common sense. Treat the customer the way you would want to be treated.

The best book I have read about customer service is the: The Nordstrom Way : The Inside Story of America's #1 Customer Service Company by by Robert Spector, Patrick D. McCarthy.

This was a really great book and a good story as well. It gave examples of customer service that were wonderful! One guy was work and someone left a plane ticket accidently. The guy left without telling his boss and rushed the ticked to the airport. The guy that lost it was so amazed and appreciative of the initiative that the employee showed. This was a great book! I'm including the link to the book on Amazon and the link to Robert's website.
