It is NEVER okay to "MOLEST" anyone. Let me just make that as strong as possible....it is NEVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, OKAY TO MOLEST ANYONE.

Oh come on, we all know the guy being molested by the pretty woman is in heaven. The "good looking guy" molesting the woman might have an ego problem for no reason. Women are pickier than men.

I understand you point. There is a double-standard with sexual harrastment. However, this is due to physical strength and ability.
Men are stronger and better equiped for fighting than women. With the exclusion of weapons, men are not put in any imminent danger by a sexual woman. Yet, even without weapons, women are in imminent danger when around a sexual harrasing man.

If the term you are looking for is someone to use their power, position or strength to demand or require a sexual act/relationship, that term is more accurately rape. never is this permissable, no means no, no matter the circumstances, if you wan to be on safe ground take maybe as no as well. unfortunately men are automatically guilty no matter the facts and if the good looking boss is hitting on the employee, fellow workers can be mean and cruel as well

molestation is when there is an unwilling participant.
so it is never o.k.
if both people were o.k. with it, it would be molesting , it would be flirting.
