i once read an article about a movie..forgotten the name

the story revolves around a small boy named(simon or simson..actually the movie name also contains his nam)he is too brilliant,he easily cracks puzzle and crosswords ,a secret agent get a code ,which they use this boy to crack..please tell me the name..my head will burst otherwise

It sounds like "Mercury Rising" but, of course, the boy's name is not in that title..... It also sounds like "A Brilliant Mind" - again, no boy's name in the title.... sorry.
