Dave is the person who is asking all the stupid question like " does the pope smoke dope" who thinks Dave is having a bit too much fun asking these questions or his he just a cool guy.
You know him he asking loads of questions and in his picture he has a funny mask on.

He is just one of the many colourful characters on here. There's plenty like him and they tend to generate a fan club from swooning women (seriously, there's a pattern in who answers who's questions and always picking the same person as the Best Answer ...)
