I am not going to write this essay for you - just give some ideas.
Think about the different types of rehab - there are many therapies involved to help someone depending upon their problems.
Imagine you have had a bad car accident, had surgery and now recovering. How do you think you would be feeling at this time? What would you need to do to get out the hospital and back home? How do you think these different therapies would help?
If you need some more information, go to a rehab hospital or department and ask to shadow them for a few hours or even a day. This will give you insights which you can use for the essay.

Why not pic a subject such as a hip fracture and follow the rehab with that injury? I think that would just about cover everything you would need to know.
