Hi Tabu. I'm an English Language Trainer. Here are two websites that may be of help. Go through them and follow the instructions as much as you can.
1.http://www.rediff.com/getahead/2005/sep/02accent.htm.
This site provides ten suggestions on how you can improve your English.
2. http://www.uiowa.edu/~acadtech/phonetics/about.html#.
Click on English Language Library on the left of the screen. Once that window loads, you can use this wonderful program of the University of Iowa to learn how to pronounce words correctly. Pronunciation involves the right positioning of the tongue and lips, while using the teeth and palate. This website demonstrates how.
Good luck and if you still have problems, message me.

The more you listen to English (news, TV, DVDs set to English, books-on-tape) the more the syntax of English will 'sound right' to you and what 'sounds right' comes out right. You will probably always have phrases you use that are influenced by your first langauge, probably those that you learned early, but the more you immerse yourself in spoken English the more your speech will improve.
If you have specific problems, such as pronunciation of certain sounds or a specific grammatical errors you consistently make, you can certainly drill yourself on that, but in times of stress (such as speaking to fluent native speakers!:-) or when you need to hurry, your native language interference will be more obvious.
Remember, most native speakers of any language find a small accent 'cute' (as hard to believe as I find this!), so as long as people find you easy to understand, a small accent will be an asset.

Watch english movies and tv channels and try to practice the way they speak their own language.
For proper pronounciation, search for the word in webster and listen to the way they are pronounced. Hope this helps!

Speak slow and fast. It doesn't matter. We will decipher your meaning and you will get better. Just don't say "mamon", OK?
