I wonder if it was the right thing to do. He's been good to me for the past 2 years, but before this he has cheated on me and I can't get over that fact. Do you think I made a wise choice?

it's a choice. now that you've made it, the best thing to do is get on with you life, don't waste time wondering if you did the right thing.

You don't say how often your ex cheated on you - if he cheated on you one time and has been good since that one slip up, then you might be a bit unkind by breaking up with him.
But if he slipped more than once, then it is wise to break up with him.
You don't indicate what the circumstances are in regards to his cheating on you, so it is really a hard call here - but since you broke up with him, you made the decision that you feel was best for you. Not all relationships are meant to last - and depending upon how young you are, you may be growing and maturing and the needs that you had for your ex have changed as you are changing.
He may very well be a stepping stone to something bigger and better.
If you still have regrets, say six months from now, then maybe you could try going back with him as long as he is not involved with someone else - but spend this time alone examining why you broke up with him and decide for yourself if you feel you have made the right choice.

If there's an issue bothering your relationship, there are two ways to get over it - one is to talk it over with your boyfriend and two is to get out of it ... so it seems you've made choice no two ... now you should not be letting your decision bother you... instead live it.

Yes. Once a cheater always a cheater. In the beginning, all guys will be good guys. Dont dwell on it, just try to work through it, I know that its hard. You deserve someone who is faithful to you and only you.

i have same thing goin on its totally hard to do it hurts alot but i havnt spoke to him for 2 wks havin a hard time but trying to stay away
