Life is good and life is great
Why do we have to hate?
If something is wrong
Then push it away
Its not wrong
To stop and say
I like my life, enjoy it too
It got better the day I found you

I am happy with my life. I decided to be happy despite all the negativeness inherent in our sick sad world. Just smile. Smile to those who are not satisfied with their life and they'll smile you back. It will make others feel better and you'll be glad that you made it.
I notice all the terrible points in our world but I try not to focus on them but to find some ways out, something that can help to solve or overcome them.
Diversity - that is what makes my heart beat faster. Diversity in way of looking, behavior, tastes, whatever. Still, I try to be myself and not wear a mask of someone else. I am what I am and I take myself the way I am.
I've got an aim and do my best at attaining it. Every step even a little one is a step to my happines. Step by step, try by try (even if it is not crowned with any success) is the way to the better.
And lastly, I am happy cause I know for sure that I'll be much happier later. No other way.
I DO HOPE that u're happy with ur life. Are you?
And... great question!!!!

A great husband, a nice house, good kids, 2 lovely puppy dogs and a job which lets me spend most of my day on Yahoo! Answers (and get paid for it!). I've never been so happy and I thank my lucky stars every day cause it's not always been like this, believe me.
I truly believe that happiness is a state of mind you can create for yourself. Find things to be happy about, if only little things to begin with and build on that. The more things you find in your life the happier you become and happy things start happening to make you more happy. Have you noticed that nice things rarely happen to miserable people.
God, I sound twee, but its only what I've found to be true from my own experience, try it and see if it works for you.

You know what I think I am...I'm eighteen and I am in love with a wonderful man, we have our own place, we don't have any kids yet so I get a lie in once in a while, my job pays the bills and I get to chat to new people, overall I think I'm pretty happy at the mo. I wasn't always, I used to hate school so I left early (much to the disappointment of my parents) then I failed at college and at the next course I went to I hated all my classmates, so I quit that too. I found to make myself happy I had to trust God entirely and focus on making life better for the future. Like securing a job and a car and someone to spend it with. And now I'm sorted.

Happiness is not having the things you want it is believeing that they are attainable and working towards them.
Identify what you enjoy doing and do at least one per week
Identify the people whose company lifts you up and spend time with them
Set yourself a long term goal, identify the steps you should take to acheive it and make a start getting there.
Add meaning to your life by doing things for others with no anticipation of reward

no. i studied for an eternity to be a lawyer with twice as many 'a' levels as anyone else and in the best law school in the country, then i found out that they're the most racist profession in the world. they only want to recruit you if you're ethnic if you also happen to be a hot looking woman, or if you have like a million billion business contacts with you already. what should i do about it? probably bomb all the major law firms and then go and chop off the heads of their families and pets. that would make me happy.

Lifes a rollercoaster , and if you dont take risks you dont have lows, and if you dont have lows you dont have highs. At the moment im on a low, but at least i can recognise a high when i get one, rather then just ticking over my whole life.... now that is a waste. To have emotion , to feel sadness , to feel happy, is a gift and is a true sign of happiness itself.

Yes. I have everything I need. A nice house, a wonderful husband, a good job and good friends. I thank God every day and hope that others can find the same happiness.

Yes. Because simple things in life make me happy - I'm willing to let that be so - if you are engulfed by demands and needs for luxuries, you will only find yourself grasping for more. Let people's joy make you happy, fill your needs, and you will learn to be happier. Be able to differentiate between a need and a want.
