No, not that I know of. As far as I know, the pokemon games only appear on Nintendo Platforms, such as the gameboy and the Gamecube, whereas the playstation is made by Sony.

As pokemon is made by Nintendo there are no pokemon games available for non-nintendo systems.
Edit: Jade Cacoon is a similar style game as (I beleive) is Monster Rancher. Though those are older titles and may be a little difficult to find.

No. Nintendo makes pokémon, and its only for their systems
