Gael Garcia Bernal is Mexican and I am drooling at the thought of him.
Edit -Diego Luna also out of Y tu Mama Tambien and the terminal is Mexican, been racking my brains trying to remember him!

Not sure if hes actually mexican, but Gael Garcia Bernal, is definitely south american, and possibly the greatest young actor around at the moment.
