The quickest way to learn English is by being with people that only speak English and talking with them.
The best way to learn English is to do the above..communicate with others and do an English class - either home course, night class or online course.

Try to speak english as you can and make the habit of reading English newspapers, magazine and writing, may take short course also.

start with comics and the same time make a list of words... i would say 10 words a day and try using it in your daily conversation....
Comics would help you in have a flow of speech and the vocab gives you confidence ...

Read more Voca and underline which you don't know.
And read story book which is more interesting like Mystery!!!
