1) if I can make money off of it
2) and if they have good deal that I am interested in
3) here another way of finding out which mailing list is selling you rname
1) create a fake name but same last name
2) shorted your last name smith to sith
there differnt way..

For regular mail, I'd join because of interest in the product or service.
