People who have had near death experiences no that consciousness continues after we are clinically dead. Many people have reported floating above their dead body on the operating table and being able to give clear details of what was going on around them, like what the doctors where doing and saying.

We lived as conscious beings before we obtained physical bodies here on earth and we will continue to live as conscious beings after our physical body dies.

The mind is a function of the brain in the same way a heartbeat is the function of the heart, when the organ dies, the function ceases.

No one suggests the candle flame goes somewhere else when it goes out.

After 'living being die' they decompose.

Do you hear and feel anything while you are in a state of unconsciousness or dreamless sleep?

Some people don't even know they are 'dead'. We a multidimensional eternal beings with physical life just one stage of growth.

their mind switches off. they cant hear/feel/see etc...
but their soul... thats different

NO...as just said.by.........banahan .........soul is there for ever....no mind...no taste...nothing to see and nothing to hear...nothing to say.....just soul...........
