Since you asked this in the economic section, i´ll answer in economic terms. In Administrative Economics, what you are doing (not working at work) is because your salary of equilibrium has not been met. Theoretically, every employee has this equilibrium salary, that, if not met, employees tend not to work and apreciate their job... a lot of time they don´t put 100% at work or use their time for other stuff because, primarly, they aren´t afraid of losing their job since they think they are under paid... the only flaw here, i guess, is that who in America doesn´t think is underpaid?
