you can get some pregnancy tests (at home ones) that detect hcg early - you could try one of them but i am afraid it will a waiting game otherwise

You *cannot* have signs of pregnancy more than a week before your period. You ovulate about 2 weeks (usually 12-16 days) before your next period. It takes at least about a week for the fertilized egg to travel to your uterus to start implanting. Before implantation, it is not attached to your body in any way, so it can't affect you physically.

I do wish you good luck. You *may* be pregnant, but the things you have been feeling are not related.

It would be a little too early for heartburn to be related to the possible pregnancy....Ab pains could be, some woman report they get a "stretching" feeling in their lower abd, 5-12 days after they have ovulated, which would actualy be the implantation.

No pregnancy symptoms are felt before implantation, so having heartburn was not related to a pregnancy.

Wait until your period is due before you test.

There is some good information in the article below:

You need to stop over-analysing this pregnancy. You've just got to relax and let it happen. Monitoring ovulation & all that just causes anxiety, which is counterproductive. Mostly when couples stress too much about getting pregnant it just doesn't happen - so relax! Chill, winston!

No one can help exept a doctor. Do some tests, and you'll find the answer.
