The common conception is that chest pain that radiates through your left arm could be a sign of myocardial infarction. In fact chest pain that radiates through the shoulder and neck could also be symptomatic of this. You do not give any information about your age, the duration and intensity of this pain, when it comes about, or any other health information about yourself; so you cannot expect anyone to offer an opinion about what may be causing it. I suggest you go and see your doctor. If it is severe, prolonged, you are simultaneously breathless etc.. go to an Accident & Emergency department instead (in extreme call an ambulance).

I'm not a doctor, but from what I know about heart problems, strokes, angina etc - it does sound like there is a serious problem and you need proper medical advise that people here can't give you.

Get in touch with a doctor urgently, or failing that, go to casualty (ER). If you can't do that, call for paramedics. Don't waste time, it's too important that you get medical advice.

Gosh I hope you are at the doctor or at the hospital right now. Heart attacks present themselves very different in women than men. Always better safe then sorry with matters of the Cardio Vascular. GO TO THE HOSPITAL

this could be really serious or really minor depending on what the ending results determine. Please see a doctor to determine your situation.

Could be beginnings of cardiac arrest, stroke, overworked chest muscles (coughing or writing too many checks), or just generic heart burn and/or a whole schlew of other medical happenstance. It is important for you to understand the nature of your body's aches, otherwise you could have a serious problem later in life for whatever the reason might be.

how long does it last? It may be Angina. Chest pain resulting from inadequate blood and oxygen supply to the heart. Get it checked out ASAP...

You're possibly experiencing the warning signs of a heart attack ... with men this happens more on the left side, women more on the right. Call an ambulance.
