I can also be considered an LP freak/addict/whatnot, but i'd like to maintain that i'm way past being just a mere "fan."
I'm a music junkie and I've come across so many bands--both before and after I became an extremely dedicated LP supporter. But unfortunately, none of all those bands/artists have earned the extremely dedicated support that I gave Linkin Park and Fort Minor.

All unreleased and released songs of LP are altogether my favorite songs, but I can't help but single out the songs:
1. Numb (Album: Meteora)
2. Pushing me Away (Album: Hybrid Theory)
3. P5hng me Aw*y (Album: Reanimation)
4. P5hng me Aw*y (Album: Live in Texas)
5. Numb-Encore (Album: Collision Course)

I consider LP's "greatness" or "awesomeness" as arbitrary, coz try as we fans might... there are people who love or hate or don't care about LP. I love LP but I know people who think Linkin Park sucks. Isn't it true that no one can please everybody?

Moreover, people categorize LP as nu-metal, rap-metal, alt-rock, modern-rock, electronic-rock, pop-rock, and all those labels and categorizations. But can't these people understand that LP never wants to be contained in a box? LP has always mixed-and-matched elements from all sorts of genres that people arbitrarily created or coined. LP is a confluence of elements from so many types of music that it is not RIGHT to just put them in a very unilateral and "close-minded" type of category. True to their debut album, indeed, LP is a HYBRID in itself. LP is not just rock or rap, but it is a melting pot of 6 different people from 6 different worlds having 6 different personalities shaped by 6 different influences.

But I believe that what's more important is that LP's still in the biz, i still love LP, and LP is still continuing to influence a lot of people to the point of crossing and breaking boundaries =)
